With limited resources and near constant learning needs, it’s critical that your training programs are driving business impact. In this interactive session, we’ll introduce a decision-making tool that you can use to evaluate the impact of your current and future programs to determine whether or not they fit within your portfolio and how best to develop and deliver their content.
You’ll also hear from four Certified Professionals in Training Management (CPTM™s) who will share how they used this model in their own companies to create strategic alignment and make decisions regarding their programs. You’ll leave with an understanding of how to approach portfolio management with an eye toward strategic alignment and maximizing your limited resources.
During this session, you will learn:
- A methodology for using resources efficiently to achieve business goals.
- How to compare training programs to identify priorities and evaluate effectiveness.
- How others have managed decisions around the development and maintenance of their company’s portfolio of L&D programs.
