3:30 PM – 4:15 PM

Before you develop a learning strategy, it’s important to define the gap you’re trying to fill or the problem you’re trying to solve. But different gaps require different solutions — and some don’t even require a learning intervention at all. In this session, learn to differentiate between various skills gaps — and how to address each. Spoiler alert: Most gaps don’t need training solutions!

During this session, you will learn:

  • How to identify the types of gaps that can exist for learners.
  • How to bridge skills gaps, even ones that don’t require learning or training.
  • How to use a well-defined problem to design better interventions.
